We had to go back to front desk after waiting until lunch time and when we asked about new room, we were told it had been ready for hours. Day 2- new room with 2 beds, but no compensation for ruined 1st night. Back to front desk and we were told there was nothing we could do until the next morning. When we arrived at room, it was a king bed. Dislikes- We reserved a double queen, no smoking room. Hotel transport to and from airport was great.

Trollies should have notices before you board that it is cash and exact change only. Casinos/hotels should have signage letting patrons know before they actually get on trolley. Casino Hopper trolley is very helpful, but exact change only. Generally, the entire facility was neat, but a little worn.

Security posted at casino entrance was always alert and greeted us every time we entered and exited. Breakfast at bar in the lobby was very good and the wait staff was excellent. Likes- Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were super nice and friendly. Maintenance was called and we went about our business.
